Capital Threads is a custom print shop in Kensington, Maryland. We print for restaurants, bars, schools, teams, event planners, and other small and mid-size outfits around Montgomery County, DC, and nearby.

Before opening Capital Threads, we owned a boutique clothing line for years and dealt with inconsistent customer service, printing errors upon delivery, restrictive order minimums, and other typical frustrations of impersonal online printers. Capital Threads was started in 2021 with the idea that we could work on interesting projects beyond our own clothing line while helping local creators, teams, and other enterprises bring their ideas to life.

We take pride in our regional focus and personal service. We are happy to execute a specific print run or talk through your larger promotional needs and branding ideas. Working with cool folks and learning more about the happenings in our community is why we do this, let's start the conversation!
